NEW HOMES AVAILABLE IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA. New Real Estate in Virginia priced right for 2007.
Arlington County new homes include detached single family homes, town homes and condominium homes.
Arlington is an urban area and more dense development is permitted. New construction in Arlington includes
a luxury condominium priced over $7,000,000 for a 5 bedroom, 5 bath home to be delivered in 2008. Arlington
County is growing UP. Imagine the view. The average price for a new home in Arlington is $1,143,231.
Alexandria new homes include spectacular detached single family homes, town homes and condominium homes.
Old Town is unique and vibrant with history. Little is constructed in Old Town but new town homes in Old Town
will be in the $1,000,000 price range. The town of Alexandria includes other urban areas where single family
luxury homes are offered priced in the $2,500,000 to $3,500,000 price range. The average price for a new
single family home in Alexandria is $2,210,450.
Culpeper County new homes will surprise you with the beauty, rural countryside and value. Culpeper is rural

County at an average price of $400,000. Prince William offers real value for the convenience to DC and Fairfax County.
Particularly good prices are offered in Haymarket. New single family detached real estate in Prince William County
